Standard Operation Flow for the 3 Product Series

All vacuum lifting equipment must strictly follow the closed-loop process of “Pre-Check ➔ Position ➔ Suction ➔ Safety Confirm ➔ Transfer ➔ Release.”

This series is typically powered by DC batteries and features motorized or manual tilting and rotation mechanisms.

Step 1: Pre-Check: Turn on the equipment power. Check the battery indicator on the control panel to ensure sufficient voltage. Make sure the glass surface is clean, free of oil, and dry.

Step 2: Positioning: Hover the lifter over the glass panel using your crane. Lower it smoothly until all suction pads make even and tight contact with the glass surface (aim for the center of gravity).

Step 3: Suction: Flip the suction switch (or press the “Suck” button on the wireless remote). The vacuum pump will start drawing air. Monitor the vacuum gauge closely.

Step 4: Safety Confirm: You must wait until the vacuum level reaches the safe green zone (typically above -0.6 bar / 60%) and the warning buzzer stops. Trial-lift the glass 5–10 cm off the ground to confirm there is no slippage.

Step 5: Tilt/Rotate & Move: Cooperate with the crane operator to lift the glass slowly. If tilting (0–90°) or rotation (0–360°) is required, perform the movement smoothly in mid-air to avoid violent shaking, then transfer it to the installation site.

Step 6: Release: Once the glass is securely installed and fixed into the frame or channels, simultaneously press the two-button safety release to vent the vacuum. The suction pads will detach, allowing you to lift the machine away.

This section focuses on the “Self-Priming” series, which relies entirely on mechanical linkage and gravity without external power.

Step 1: Hooking: Attach the hook of your overhead factory crane directly to the central lifting eye of the self-priming equipment.

Step 2: Lowering: Lower the equipment steadily onto the center of the steel/aluminum plate. When the crane hook is completely slack and the full weight of the machine rests on the plate, the internal mechanical piston valve will automatically cycle to the “Ready to Suck” state.

Step 3: Lifting & Auto-Suction: The crane begins to lift upward slowly. As the hook pulls the internal linkage mechanism, the mechanical piston strokes upward, instantly creating a powerful vacuum inside the suction pads to grip the metal plate firmly.

Step 4: Transfer: Safely transport the metal plate to the laser cutting machine loading bed or the designated warehouse storage area.

Step 5: Drop & Auto-Release: Lower the metal plate completely onto the target flat surface. Continue to slacken the crane hook until the lifting eye drops down completely to reset. The internal mechanism will automatically cycle to release the vacuum, allowing the lifter to separate cleanly from the plate as the crane lifts up again.

This is a high-frequency, rapid-handling series utilizing a high-flow vacuum blower for effortless “one-hand suspension control.”

Step 1: Power On: Turn on the high-pressure vacuum blower. A large volume of air will start flowing through the lift tube.

Step 2: Grip: Guide the control handle with one hand and align the suction head with the top of the box, sack, or drum. The moment the suction head touches the object, it seals instantly.

Step 3: Lift: Due to the airtight seal, the vacuum level inside the lift tube rises rapidly, causing the tube to contract and shorten automatically like a spring, effortlessly lifting the heavy load.

Step 4: Hover & Move: Regulate the air leakage by adjusting the control lever on the handle (or by pulling/pushing the handle up and down). Once the balance point is reached, the load will “hover” weightlessly in mid-air, allowing the operator to push or pull it horizontally for quick palletizing.

Step 5: Release: After reaching the destination, press down on the control valve lever to extend the lift tube and lower the load to the ground. Press it fully to break the vacuum seal entirely, allowing the suction head to release effortlessly.
